Brothers Consultants & Partners is specialized in accounting, administration, (cross-border) taxation and payroll in The Netherlands. The office has its roots in Maastricht and is located in the city center. Brothers Consultants & Partners was founded by “the brothers” Jasper Jongen MSc LLM RB. and Joris Jongen MSc RB in 2010. The founders are both members of Register of Tax Advisers (RB), the professional association of SME tax advisers and are supporters by a broad team of experts.
Taxation
Brothers Consultants & Partners has a very large experience in handling the taxation for private residents but also entrepreneurs (self-employed and directors of own shareholding companies) and companies. For example the Income Tax (also including the 30%-ruling for incoming employees and social securities), Value Added Tax, Corporate Tax, Inheritance tax and Wage tax. Our office is able to assist setting up companies, managing payroll for employees, communication with the Chamber of Commerce and handling all relevant obligated Tax statements.
Our office is a highly digital equipped office where our clients can have access to their business figures 24/7 all around the world. Preparing annual accounts and processing financial data is part of the job. We keep contact with our clients to give them insights and introduce possible measures to tax optimize the business result.
